Sales Representative
At Robinson’s Development Group we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic retail sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with customers. You will engage inside our retail location and manage customer relationships to effectively market our products in-store!
Responsibilites
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations in-store to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies.
- Manage the sales process from initial customer engagement, to establishing new accounts, ensuring all customer needs are met.
- Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing customer data, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions tailored to client needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a Retail environment.
- Strong understanding of customer service and sales management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in using software tools for sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
